Job description

About Four Seasons

Four Seasons is built around its people. The company is made up of individuals who are driven to improve, aim higher, and treat others with the same respect they expect in return. Across the world, team members deliver memorable experiences for guests, residents, and partners through a luxury-first approach paired with genuine care. Four Seasons believes great guest experiences start with an exceptional employee experience and a strong workplace culture.

The brand values the ability to recognize familiar faces, welcome new people, and treat everyone with kindness and respect. Whether you work, stay, live, or discover with Four Seasons, the goal is to create lasting impressions. This philosophy is rooted in the belief that life becomes richer through real human connection.

About the Location

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore offers more than a place to stay; it focuses on creating thoughtful, memorable experiences. In the heart of Singapore, the hotel serves as a calm retreat where discerning travellers can feel at home. Its design includes lush greenery and peaceful, spacious surroundings that help both guests and employees feel refreshed and inspired.

As part of the team, you contribute to meaningful moments and a journey of discovery rather than simply filling a role. The environment values warmth, strong attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate needs before they are spoken. These qualities shape the hotel’s luxury hospitality experience. The workplace is purpose-driven, authentic, and built for people who want to grow in a setting where excellence is the norm.

About the Role

The Manager in Training (Rooms Division) is an 18-month fast-track development programme for high-potential talent who want to build a long-term career in luxury hospitality and grow into future leadership positions. The programme combines practical hotel operations training with wider exposure to leadership, commercial thinking, and people management.

Participants take part in cross-functional learning, real business assignments, and decision-making activities to gain a well-rounded understanding of service standards and leadership in a luxury setting. Each MIT is paired with a mentor and a buddy who provide career guidance, regular support, and feedback throughout the journey. By the end of the programme, successful participants are prepared for supervisory or entry-level management roles within Four Seasons.

What You Will Do

  • Move through several departments through short, hotel-wide rotations to broaden operational exposure.
  • Learn the core duties of key line roles in depth before progressing into a Supervisor or acting Assistant Manager position to practise leadership responsibilities.
  • Take ownership of management learning and project assignments using provided resources such as training syllabi, manuals, and experience maps.

What You Bring

  • A degree in Hospitality Management or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • Ability to inspire, guide, and motivate others.
  • Interest in the luxury hospitality market and a naturally curious mindset.
  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with the confidence to create opportunities.
  • Prior experience with Four Seasons or another top luxury hospitality group is an added advantage.
  • Because of work visa limitations, this opening is only available to Singapore citizens.

What We Offer

  • Opportunities to grow and progress within the company.
  • A distinctive and supportive workplace culture.
  • High-quality training recognised as best-in-class.
  • Complimentary stays at Four Seasons properties, subject to availability, along with discounted meals.
  • Paid holidays and vacation time.
  • Medical, dental, and life insurance coverage.
  • Employee service awards and birthday gifts.
  • Annual staff celebrations, plus social and sporting events.
  • Free meals served in the dedicated employee dining area.

Schedule and Working Conditions
