The property has a stylish, art-filled setting and includes 106 accommodations, among them 28 suites. Role Overview
The Houseman supports housekeeping and wider hospitality operations by keeping clean linen moving efficiently across the property. The position is focused on maintaining a steady supply of organized, clean linens in all operational areas, while also helping uphold hygiene standards and smooth day-to-day functioning through timely collection, transport, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep housekeeping stores, closets, and storage spaces neat, organized, and fully supplied with essentials such as linen, toiletries, and cleaning materials.
- Monitor linen stock levels, record usage, and help ensure enough supply is available for guest rooms and public areas while noting any missing or damaged items.
- Gather soiled linen and move it to the laundry area, handling and separating items carefully to protect quality and avoid damage.
- Support the timely delivery of fresh linen to guest rooms and ensure all items meet the property’s standards for cleanliness and presentation.
- Work closely with the housekeeping team to improve efficiency, cut waste, and support a better guest experience through careful inventory control and attention to detail.
Candidate Profile
The role calls for prior experience as a Housekeeping or Public Area Attendant in a 5-star luxury hotel environment.
Working Schedule
The position follows a 6-day work week and a total of 48 working hours per week.
