Machinery Valet

Role overview

Tallis Amos Group is hiring a Machinery Valet based in Leominster, with regular travel to the Evesham and Allscott depots. This position plays an important part in preparing John Deere equipment for sale and for customer handover, helping maintain the premium image of the business across the agricultural and turf machinery market.

What you will do

You will be responsible for cleaning, detailing, polishing, and restoring John Deere and other franchised machinery to a high standard, both inside and out. The work also includes checking equipment for defects, damage, and wear, and making sure upholstery is kept in immaculate condition.

You will need to keep the work area orderly, clean, stocked with supplies, and compliant with health and safety expectations. The role also involves managing your own time effectively and adapting to tasks as they arise.

Essential experience and requirements

Applicants must have prior experience in a similar valet or detailing role, including polishing work. Experience with agricultural, turf, or plant equipment is essential. A full UK driving licence is required, along with practical experience driving agricultural and turf machinery.

Because the job includes travel between depots, flexibility in working arrangements is important.
