Role Overview
A well-known global luxury accessories and lifestyle label is hiring a refined, client-oriented Sales Associate for its Calgary location. The role sits inside a premium retail setting at Holt Renfrew and is centered on representing a respected international brand while creating outstanding shopping experiences.
This opportunity is best suited to someone who genuinely enjoys luxury retail, values long-term client relationships, and performs well in a busy, service-led environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-touch service and tailor the shopping experience to each customer.
- Contribute to store and individual sales targets through active selling.
- Develop a loyal customer base through outreach, follow-up, and relationship building.
- Stay current on product details, new launches, collection updates, and brand campaigns.
- Help maintain visual merchandising standards and an orderly sales floor.
- Support stock handling, replenishment, and incoming shipment processing.
- Handle transactions, returns, exchanges, and customer orders with accuracy.
- Assist with store events, promotions, and clienteling activities.
- Keep the boutique presentation aligned with luxury brand expectations at all times.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in luxury retail, premium retail, boutique sales, or a similar high-end environment.
- Demonstrated success in relationship-based selling and meeting sales goals.
- Strong verbal communication, interpersonal ability, and clienteling skills.
- Familiarity with POS platforms, CRM systems, and retail technology.
- Comfort working across multiple tasks in a fast-moving setting.
- Interest in luxury products, fashion, and elevated customer service.
- Microsoft Office and retail-system knowledge is an advantage.

- This is a full-time, onsite position.
