Role overview

24 Seven is hiring a Talent Operations Specialist to join its Talent Operations function. In this role, you will help maintain smooth day-to-day operations for talent, recruiters, and client-facing teams by keeping processes accurate, compliant, and efficient while supporting a positive candidate and worker journey from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

  • Keep candidate communication active and timely so applicants receive a consistent, high-touch experience.
  • Maintain correct and current candidate information in Bullhorn and other related systems.

  • Support pre-hire checks such as background screening, reference verification, and employment confirmation.
  • Track onboarding paperwork and related documentation to stay aligned with compliance and audit requirements.
  • Follow up on onboarding status with candidates and internal stakeholders to remove delays and keep progress on track.
  • Carry out data entry, reporting, and quality assurance tasks that support Talent Operations workflows.
  • Assist with placement-related operational work to ensure clean handoffs between recruiting, sales, and payroll.
  • Work closely with Talent, Business Development, and Account Management teams to support staffing and client priorities.
  • Act as a dependable operational partner so internal teams can stay focused on client service and talent engagement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar discipline, along with 1–2 years of experience in talent operations, staffing operations, recruiting coordination, or HR administration. Strong organization, careful attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a busy environment are important for success in this role.
