Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator

About the Role

TalentPop is hiring a detail-focused and highly proactive Logistics & Fulfillment Coordinator to support its expanding remote team. In this position, you will help manage fulfillment activities, keep shipment schedules on track, stay in close contact with suppliers and warehouses, and support smooth day-to-day logistics operations. You will help ensure products are moved accurately and quickly from suppliers to customers. By keeping fulfillment efficient and reliable, you will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and support brand growth at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Track orders from the moment they are placed until they are delivered, making sure details remain accurate and timelines are met.
• Work with suppliers, warehouse teams, and delivery partners to clear issues and maintain steady operations.
• Monitor inventory levels, update product availability, and identify low-stock or backorder risks.
• Handle fulfillment mistakes, delivery delays, and product mismatches in a quick and effective manner.
• Prepare routine reports on fulfillment progress, shipping performance, and inventory movement.
• Look for ways to simplify logistics processes and improve overall efficiency.

What the Role Requires

• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, order fulfillment, or e-commerce operations.
• Strong planning and time-management abilities with the capacity to juggle several priorities at once.
• Clear communication skills for working with both internal teams and outside partners.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, order management software, or inventory tracking tools.
• A problem-solving attitude and strong attention to detail, especially while working remotely.

Technical Requirements

• A personally owned PC or laptop with adequate processing capability.
• Stable internet service with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download speed.
