Job Overview
EDEKA BAUR is looking for flexible team members to support its stores across several departments. The role covers areas such as fresh produce, service counters, and checkout. Career changers and applicants aged 50 and above are welcome, and full onboarding is provided.
After the initial training period, your shifts will be assigned flexibly according to the staffing plan. The position is available for the locations Allensbach, Konstanz, Gailingen, and Salem.

Key Responsibilities
- Stocking shelves and keeping displays filled
- Checking product best-before dates
- Placing price labels and tags
- Handling checkout duties at scanner-based cash registers
- Supporting customer services such as parking tickets, DC-Card processing, and bonus promotions
- Following legal requirements and internal company standards
- Using basic product knowledge in day-to-day work
Profile
You should bring a strong service mindset, reliability, resilience, stamina, and the ability to work well in a team. Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays is also expected.
