Role Overview

The litigation paralegal will support attorneys on active matters, help prepare cases for trial when needed, complete fact-gathering tasks, and keep case files organized and up to date.

Key Duties

  • Provide both paralegal and administrative support in day-to-day case work.
  • Handle document organization and management using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe tools.
  • Prepare court filings and legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and subpoenas.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients.
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Experience and Skills Needed

  • At least 1 year of experience working as a paralegal.
  • Background in first-party property matters or general litigation.
  • Experience using case management software.
  • Prior e-filing experience in both state and federal courts.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume workload in a demanding, fast-moving setting.
  • Clear and efficient communication skills for working with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
  • Comfort working as part of a team.
  • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time onsite role with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
