Legal Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Legal Analyst to join our team on a contract basis, working remotely within the United States. This role involves performing thorough legal research, analysis, and content drafting across various US law topics, contributing to high-quality legal deliverables.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute detailed legal analysis on diverse US law subjects, offering refined insights and recommendations.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support project goals and ensure the use of up-to-date legal information.
• Prepare, review, and refine legal documents including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and similar materials.
• Evaluate legal texts critically to ensure clarity, precision, and conformity with established best practices.
• Engage in multidisciplinary remote teamwork to enhance project outputs and tackle complex legal issues collaboratively.
• Assist in maintaining high content standards by identifying errors, discrepancies, or unclear areas in legal materials.

Candidate Requirements

• Must hold an active license to practice law in the United States backed by strong academic achievements.
• Demonstrated expertise in legal analysis, research, and drafting on a variety of legal themes.
• Superior written and oral communication capabilities, especially in reviewing legal content.
• Proven success in remote collaboration within multidisciplinary environments.
• Experience with quality control and evaluation using rubrics on legal documents is advantageous.

Compensation and Commitment

This contract position offers hourly pay ranging from $140 to $245, with an expected workload of 10 to 40 hours per week.
