Overview
NTUC LearningHub is seeking a proactive Learning Portfolio Manager specializing in Digital Literacy to lead the strategic direction, expansion, and success of our digital literacy offerings. The role involves identifying workforce skill requirements, crafting pertinent educational programs, overseeing portfolio health, and fostering strategic alliances to aid workforce transformation and lifelong education in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the digital literacy portfolio aligned with market and workforce needs.
- Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and evaluate competitor activities to discover new growth avenues.
- Manage the complete life cycle of learning programs, including launching, enhancing, and phasing out underperforming courses.
- Stay informed on advancing workplace technologies and digital skill trends, such as artificial intelligence.
- Oversee portfolio financials, ensuring revenue, profitability, and growth objectives are met.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and comprehensive business plans.
- Evaluate portfolio performance data and apply improvement measures.
- Build and maintain strong collaborations with industry stakeholders, content providers, and government bodies.
- Identify potential funding sources and partnership opportunities to support portfolio growth.
- Keep updated with relevant funding structures and workforce development programs influencing learning solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Training departments to guarantee effective program implementation.
- Ensure all programs deliver impactful learner outcomes and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a degree in Business or a closely related field.
- Bring a minimum of five years’ experience managing learning portfolios, programmes, curriculum, or category portfolios.
- Demonstrate strong business insight with a proven track record in managing commercial outcomes.
- Exhibit outstanding stakeholder engagement and relationship management capabilities.
- Possess excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Show enthusiasm for adult education, digital skill development, and workforce upskilling.
- Experience within training, education, or Continuing Education & Training sectors is advantageous.
