Job description

Role Overview

In this position, you will take ownership of the full strategy, rollout, expansion, and day-to-day running of NTUC LearningHub’s Career Mentoring Programme. The role covers the CAAS sector-wide mentoring initiative involving 10 participating companies, as well as future growth into new enterprise partnerships. You will be expected to drive mentor and mentee acquisition, oversee programme performance, manage stakeholder relationships, operate the mentoring platform, and create new business opportunities across industries.

The goal of the role is to deliver programmes successfully, achieve measurable outcomes for participants, maintain high client satisfaction, and build a sustainable mentoring portfolio.

Programme Design and Delivery

  • Oversee mentoring programmes from start to finish across the 10 companies in the CAAS ecosystem, as well as future corporate partners.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and management of mentoring initiatives for multiple enterprise clients.
  • Create programme playbooks, SOPs, toolkits, governance frameworks, and engagement structures for participants.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with HR leaders, L&D teams, mentors, mentees, unions, and sector agencies.
  • Track programme progress against KPIs such as participation, engagement, completion, retention, satisfaction, and career progression outcomes.

Mentor and Mentee Management

  • Plan and run strategies to attract both mentors and mentees into the programme.
  • Handle onboarding, training, matching, re-matching, engagement, and recognition activities for mentors.
  • Review mentor and mentee experience data and introduce improvements to raise engagement and completion rates.

Platform Operations and Reporting

  • Convert business needs into platform configurations and operational processes.
  • Track platform usage and suggest improvements that strengthen user experience and programme impact.
  • Prepare dashboards, quarterly business reviews, annual reports, and impact evaluations for stakeholders.

Business Development and Partnership Growth

  • Expand the Career Mentoring Programme beyond the CAAS ecosystem.
  • Identify, assess, and pursue new enterprise opportunities in Aviation, Finance, Technology, Healthcare, Logistics, Professional Services, and NTUC-affiliated organisations.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support enrolment, partnership, and revenue goals.
  • Lead discovery discussions with clients and develop proposals, presentations, and commercial recommendations for mentoring programmes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s qualification in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
  • At least 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in programme management, learning and development, customer success, or business development.
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise programmes while coordinating several stakeholders at once.
  • Strong capability in stakeholder engagement, facilitation, presentations, and communication.
  • Track record of driving programme adoption, participation, and measurable results.
  • Solid analytical and reporting skills, including the ability to turn programme data into practical insights.
  • A self-motivated, entrepreneurial approach with strong partnership-building and business development skills.
  • Experience with digital platforms, mentoring systems, or learner engagement tools will be an advantage.
