Role overview
An opportunity is available for an energetic and motivated Junior Recruitment Consultant to join a growing executive search and talent acquisition team in Singapore. This role is suited to someone who wants to develop a long-term career in recruitment while working closely with clients and candidates.
What you will do
- Manage the recruitment journey from the initial hiring brief through interview coordination, offer handling, and onboarding support
- Partner with clients to understand team structure, project requirements, and hiring priorities
- Identify and approach potential candidates using job boards, networking, referrals, and internal talent databases
- Screen and interview candidates to assess background, career objectives, and role alignment
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates through consistent communication and support
- Help uncover new business opportunities and strengthen client partnerships through outreach and referrals
- Provide market intelligence to clients and candidates, including salary data, hiring patterns, and talent supply insights
- Keep recruitment records accurate and current in the company’s internal systems
- Contribute to a positive, efficient hiring experience for everyone involved in the process
- Operate in a collaborative, fast-moving environment with room to learn and progress professionally
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in any field
- Any prior exposure to recruitment, business development, or client-facing work will be considered an advantage
- Good communication, relationship-building, and negotiation abilities
