We are expanding our HR team and seeking a (Junior) Human Resources Manager (m/f/d). In this role, you will be an integral part of a closely connected, globally positioned team, managing the operational core of our HR activities. You will work closely with our investment team and the founders of our portfolio companies.

Your Mission

Employee Support

  • Guiding the entire employee lifecycle from offer letter to offboarding.
  • Managing and enhancing our onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Ensuring a positive employee experience from the first day to the last.

HR Operations

  • Overseeing administrative processes and independently generating contracts, certificates, references, and warnings.
  • Providing support and consultation to employees on inquiries regarding vacation requests, benefits, salary, and other HR-related matters.
  • Assisting with preparatory payroll accounting for various global entities.
  • Managing our HR tools and systems, with a particular focus on our HRIS, Personio.

Employee Development

  • Overseeing the feedback cycle for interns and working students.
  • Coordinating and developing employee surveys.
  • Planning training and coaching programs.

Recruiting & Portfolio Support

  • Supporting recruitment for our internal positions and providing external HR support to our portfolio companies.
  • Assisting in advising our portfolio companies on HR-related topics.

Strategy

  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our HR processes.
  • Implementing initiatives and providing conceptual support for various HR projects.
  • Identifying and implementing automation opportunities within HR administration.

About You

Background

  • Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Psychology, or Human Resources.
  • Initial practical experience in HR or recruiting, such as through internships or working student roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills.

  • Strong communication skills and openness.
  • Interest in HR topics, startups, and venture capital.
  • Proactive, structured, and independent work style.
  • Enjoys a dynamic and innovative work environment.
