Job description

Position Overview

Spotless Brands is seeking a Junior Creative Designer to support its creative team with visually strong communications across digital and print channels. This role suits someone who is detail-focused, highly motivated, and passionate about visual storytelling, with a strong sense of layout and typography and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, multi-brand setting.

In this position, you will partner with creative and marketing teams to produce campaign assets, branded collateral, social media content, and internal communications. You will also gain practical exposure to design systems, production workflows, and creative operations while taking ownership of smaller marketing and operational projects.

Creative Execution

  • Create and support engaging visual assets for digital and print use, including signage, social posts, email graphics, presentations, flyers, and internal communications.
  • Modify and format creative files for different channels and sizes while keeping output aligned with brand standards across multiple brands.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to collect input, apply revisions, and deliver work within required timelines.
  • Organize files, prepare production-ready assets, and maintain libraries that help streamline creative workflows.
  • Keep up with design trends and brand best practices to strengthen visual storytelling and overall creative quality.

Program Support

  • Help plan and execute smaller marketing and operational initiatives such as fundraising activities, regional campaign rollouts, and branded giveaway or swag programs.
  • Track schedules, logistics, and deliverables to keep assigned programs running smoothly.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, monitor progress, and share status updates as needed.
  • Assist with basic reporting and documentation so the team can review results and improve future programs.

Education And Experience

  • A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline is preferred, though equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in design, creative, or production work, with a demonstrated ability to deliver quality results across both digital and print formats.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with the ability to produce polished, brand-aligned assets.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, plus Microsoft Teams and project management platforms like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
  • Excellent organization and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for sharing ideas, incorporating feedback, and collaborating effectively across teams.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to quality control so all deliverables meet brand and production expectations.
  • Adaptable, collaborative, and eager to learn new tools, methods, and processes.
