In close partnership with creative and marketing teams, this role supports campaigns, branded assets, social media content, and internal communications. It also provides practical exposure to design systems, production processes, and creative operations. Beyond routine design work, the position includes responsibility for smaller marketing initiatives and operational tasks, making it a strong fit for someone who enjoys both hands-on design and coordinated project support.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop visual materials for print and digital channels, including signage, social posts, email graphics, presentations, flyers, and internal messaging.
- Modify and format creative assets for different sizes, channels, and uses while keeping each piece aligned with brand standards across multiple brands.
- Work with teams across departments to collect input, incorporate revisions, and deliver projects on time.
- Prepare final production files, organize design assets, and keep shared libraries structured for efficient use.
- Keep up with current design trends and brand practices to strengthen visual communication and improve creative quality.
- Support the coordination and execution of smaller marketing and operational initiatives, including fundraising efforts, regional campaign activations, and promotional or branded merchandise activities.
- Track timelines, logistics, and deliverables to help assigned programs run smoothly.
- Partner with internal teams and outside vendors to monitor progress and share status updates.
- Help document results and prepare light reporting for team review and future improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a creative, design, or production role with a track record of producing quality work across digital and print formats.
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, along with Microsoft Teams and project management platforms like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Excellent organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas, handle feedback, and collaborate effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality and production standards.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and eager to learn new tools, methods, and workflows.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
