It is best suited to someone who is highly motivated, organized, and attentive to detail, with strong instincts for typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
The position involves close collaboration with creative and marketing teammates to produce campaign assets, branded collateral, social media content, and internal communications. Alongside day-to-day design work, the role also includes supporting smaller marketing initiatives and operational tasks, offering practical exposure to design systems, production workflows, and creative coordination within a multi-brand environment.
Creative Execution
- Create and adapt visual assets for digital and print channels, including signage, social posts, email graphics, presentations, flyers, and internal communication materials.
- Resize and repurpose creative files for different formats while preserving brand standards and consistency across multiple brands.
- Work with cross-functional partners to collect feedback, incorporate revisions, and deliver projects on time.
- Prepare final production-ready artwork, organize files, and maintain asset libraries to keep creative workflows efficient.
- Keep up with current design trends and brand best practices to strengthen creative quality and storytelling.
Program Support
- Help plan and coordinate small-scale marketing and operational initiatives, such as fundraising efforts, regional campaign activations, and branded giveaway or swag programs.
- Track timelines, logistics, and deliverables to support smooth execution of assigned programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to monitor progress and share status updates.
- Assist with light reporting and documentation of program results for internal review and improvement.
Education and Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a similar field is preferred, though equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- At least 2 years of practical experience in a creative, design, or production-focused role with a track record of delivering quality work across digital and print formats.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, with the ability to produce polished brand-aligned visuals.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, plus Microsoft Teams and project management platforms like Asana, Monday.com, or Trello.
- Excellent organization and prioritization skills for managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas, respond to feedback, and collaborate effectively.
- High attention to detail and quality control to ensure creative output meets production and brand standards.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and eager to learn new tools, methods, and processes.
