Overview
A respected independent brand and design consultancy in London is hiring a Junior or Midweight Graphic Designer to join a compact, high-performing creative team. In this role, you will work closely with the Creative Director and the CEO/CCO across international projects covering brand identity, retail environments, spatial graphics, digital work, and more.
What You Will Do
- Bring forward ideas and creative input throughout the design workflow.
- Independently develop design work that translates creative direction into finished outputs.
- Work in sync with strategy, interiors, content, and production specialists.
- Create accurate artwork and production-ready assets with a sharp eye for detail.
Skills and Experience
- A degree, or an equivalent qualification, in Graphic Design or a similar field.
- Strong knowledge of typography, page layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Figma would be an advantage.
- A portfolio that demonstrates range across brand, print, and digital work, with polished and original creative output.
Compensation
The salary range for this role is £26,000 to £35,000, depending on experience.
Location
This position is based in London and follows a hybrid setup with three days per week in the office.
