Role overview

Prenetics is looking for a highly creative and strategically minded Junior Creative Strategist to help expand its content engine and improve performance through fresh, effective storytelling. This role sits at the center of the brand voice and creative direction, shaping campaigns that connect with a broad international audience. The ideal candidate will feel at home in a fast-moving environment and be comfortable producing large volumes of ads each month while keeping quality high.

The right person is both a strong storyteller and a results-oriented thinker, with a sharp sense for culture, branding, and audience behavior. You should be able to turn business goals into compelling ideas across channels, from large campaign concepts to the day-to-day creative needs of social media.

Key responsibilities

  • Concept, write, script, and help direct high-performing ads and visual content across multiple channels.
  • Increase creative output by owning asset volume targets and building AI-enabled systems for content production.
  • Create testing frameworks, user-generated content playbooks, and new creative formats that support growth.
  • Review performance data such as ROAS, CTR, hook rate, and thumbstop rate, then use the insights to refine weekly creative plans.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, Video, and Customer Experience teams to keep creative aligned and effective.
  • Use AI tools to speed up ideation, copy development, and production workflows.
  • Build audience profiles and map content to different funnel stages and overall brand objectives.

  • Monthly creative output doubles while performance standards remain strong.
  • Ad creative consistently beats CTR and ROAS targets across paid media channels.
  • Creative operations become quicker, more independent, and more data-driven.
  • Brand consistency and quality improve across all customer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in creative strategy, content, or performance-focused roles.
  • Proven experience scaling content for a fast-growing consumer brand, with added value if AI tools were part of the process.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to maintain high creative speed in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • A mix of storytelling ability and performance focus, with strong attention to branding, detail, and copy quality.
  • Ability to think from the customer’s perspective and ensure messaging connects with the intended audience.

AI and assessment expectations

Daily, active use of AI tools is required from the start of the role. AI should be built into the workflow across tasks and not treated as optional.

Shortlisted candidates will complete a role-specific assignment. Submissions are evaluated against a baseline created using Claude, with blind review. To move forward, the work must outperform the best AI-generated baseline; tied submissions will not progress.
