About the Role
The Junior Brand Manager for Personal Care will play a key role in executing brand strategies and marketing plans in the Middle East region. Their responsibilities include driving innovation readiness, supporting integrated communications and activation efforts across ATL, BTL, in-store, and e-commerce channels, managing artwork projects, and providing actionable market and consumer insights using Nielsen, Kantar, and internal data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate innovation and relaunch projects ensuring timely market rollout.
- Monitor innovation milestones and readiness across departments, highlighting timelines, risks, and key deliverables.
- Support launch planning, execution, and review post-launch outcomes.
- Conduct monthly category analyses using Nielsen Retail Audit and Kantar Household Panel data, focusing on key markets such as KSA and UAE.
- Track brand and category performance to pinpoint growth areas and necessary corrective measures.
- Monitor competitor launches, pricing, promotions, and market share changes.
- Develop clear recommendations based on consumer and market insights.
- Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage artwork development and approval for new launches and renovations, ensuring local compliance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met and resolve any project issues proactively.
- Facilitate cross-functional projects including S&OP processes and launch coordination.
- Handle budget management including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and monitoring expenditures in conjunction with finance.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Consumer or Shopper Marketing within FMCG, preferably personal or skin care.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Nielsen and Kantar data.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Nielsen Discover, and Kantar Household Panel tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis, performance reporting, and converting insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills in both English and Arabic.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A digital and consumer-focused approach with enthusiasm for brands and innovation.
- Self-driven team player with a strong growth mindset and capacity for independent work.
