Role Overview

We are seeking a Junior Brand Designer who thrives on producing high-quality creative assets and driving timely execution. Reporting to the Director of Brand Marketing, you will be the creative force behind consistent and engaging visual content for email, social media, paid advertising, and beyond. This role favors candidates who excel at working within established brand frameworks and who appreciate the satisfaction of delivering polished work under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

Produce and deliver polished design assets quickly and with great attention to detail, supporting marketing campaigns.
Ensure all creative work aligns with Peerspace's brand guidelines, visual identity, and tone across multiple platforms.
Collaborate efficiently with marketing managers, fellow designers, and other stakeholders, incorporating feedback proactively and communicating clearly.
Stay informed about design trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools in branding and digital marketing.
Effectively manage your workload and deadlines while operating fully remotely.
Maintain an organized library of design files and assets accessible to marketing teams.
Create visual materials for a variety of channels including emails, social media posts, landing pages, blog content, partner programs, and integrated campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills

Bachelor of Fine Arts or equivalent degree in Design, Art, or a related discipline.
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in brand, marketing, or digital design.
A professional portfolio showcasing clean, production-ready digital work, especially for email and social media formats.
Proficiency in Figma and practical experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
An enthusiastic interest in AI-assisted design technologies and familiarity with tools like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Nano, Flux, Freepik Runway, among others.
Strong grasp of layout principles, typography, and color theory tailored for digital marketing applications.
Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to juggle multiple design requests while meeting deadlines reliably.
Bonus skills: experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo), basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email, and familiarity with video editing or simple animation techniques.
