Compensation

Starting pay is between $12.50 and $18.23 per hour.

Role Summary

This position supports the cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of the store and travel center. The role is centered on keeping guest areas, restrooms, showers, and common spaces in good condition while also handling basic maintenance and waste removal tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the store and surrounding areas clean and presentable at all times.
• Clean shower rooms and restroom areas thoroughly.
• Collect, wash, load, and unload towels used for showers.
• Carry out simple store upkeep and minor repair work.
• Remove trash from inside and around the travel center.
• Deliver strong guest service by helping maintain a well-kept facility.

Qualifications

• Self-driven candidates who can take initiative are preferred.
• Comfort working as part of a team is essential.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for most of the day.
• Availability for a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays is required.
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to handle small fixes is preferred.
