Janitorial Maintenance

About the Role

Pilot Company is looking for a Janitorial Maintenance team member to help keep its travel center clean, safe, and welcoming. This position supports a busy, guest-focused environment where every day can look different, and where teamwork, customer service, and a positive attitude matter.

Compensation

Starting pay is between $11.85 and $17.25 per hour.

Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store and surrounding facilities.
• Clean showers and restroom areas.
• Wash, load, and unload towels used for showers.
• Carry out minor repairs and upkeep tasks around the store.
• Collect and remove trash from the travel center area.
• Help create a positive guest experience by keeping the facilities in good condition.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with others.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend much of the day standing or walking.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Helpful to have familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to handle minor fixes.
