Role overview

This position focuses on keeping the travel center clean, safe, and welcoming for guests and team members. The environment is fast-paced and varied, with daily responsibilities that support customer experience across the store and facility.

Pay starts at $11.85 per hour and can go up to $17.25 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store and surrounding areas clean and orderly.
• Clean showers and restroom areas.
• Wash, load, and unload towels used for showers.
• Carry out basic repairs and routine maintenance within the store.
• Collect and dispose of trash throughout the travel center.
• Deliver strong guest service by maintaining well-kept facilities.

Requirements

• Self-driven and motivated with the ability to work independently and with others.
• Comfortable being part of a team environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and spend most of the day walking or standing.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Helpful to have familiarity with industrial equipment and the ability to handle minor fixes.
