Compensation Details
- Hourly wage ranges from 15 to 28 USD, guaranteeing the rate meets or surpasses the minimum wage mandated by the job location.
- Additional performance-based incentives are awarded on an annual or quarterly basis.
- Extra premiums ranging from 0.35 to 3.00 USD per hour may be applied depending on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or specific job duties. Multiple premiums could apply simultaneously if conditions are met.
Work Schedule
