Overview

This role involves delivering technical support by addressing hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems and networks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to user questions, technical issues, and service inquiries promptly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems involving hardware and software.
  • Install, set up, and maintain computers, networks, and peripheral devices.
  • Offer technical assistance both remotely and on-site as needed.
  • Record and monitor reported user issues and their solutions.
  • Advise users on best practices and IT usage guidelines.
  • Work collaboratively with IT teams to roll out updates and enhancements.
  • Support procurement and configuration of IT equipment.
