Key responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for IT matters at the customer location and guide users when they move to new systems, laptops, or mobile devices.
- Set up, configure, install, replace, and support IT workstations such as desktops, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals, as well as conference-room media equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on site, including problems related to Microsoft Windows and network connectivity.
- Support mobile devices and enroll them through MDM tools such as Intune.
- Assist with IT rollouts, office relocations, warehouse-related tasks such as issue and return of equipment, and maintenance of asset records.
- Log, document, and track user requests and incidents carefully in the ticketing system.
Candidate profile
You should either have a completed IT-related vocational qualification, such as IT specialist for system integration or IT systems management, or be a motivated career changer with proven professional experience in IT support.
Hands-on experience in direct user support at the customer site is important. Strong familiarity with Microsoft technologies such as Active Directory, Entra ID, and permission management is expected, along with confident use of ticketing systems.
You should be comfortable troubleshooting desktops, notebooks, mobile devices, and media technology. Prior exposure to mobile device management, especially Intune, is a strong advantage.
