Role Summary

The Investor Services Analyst will report to a Supervisor or Assistant Manager and will be expected to handle assigned work to a consistently high standard. The position supports the wider team, so flexibility and the ability to adjust to different funds and deadlines are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and transfer processing, including confirmations.
• Process payments and related transactions.
• Apply net asset value calculations to investor capital activity across daily, weekly, and monthly funds.
• Complete audit information requests relating to investor accounts.
• Answer investor and client questions by email and phone.
• Follow all established procedures and control requirements during processing.
• Serve as the main point of contact for client and investor queries, and host client service and monthly board calls.
• Support month-end reporting commitments for clients and help ensure delivery deadlines are met.
• Develop knowledge of the full range of team funds to provide cover when needed.
• Build and maintain productive working relationships with external clients, internal relationship managers, and other business teams.
• Maintain shareholders’ registers and carry out transfer agent duties.
• Communicate regularly with investors and other fund participants.
• Deliver investor services for the company’s investment fund clients.
• Meet participant expectations while working to agreed timelines.
• Maintain relationships with investors, investment advisors or managers, banks, brokers, auditors, and other involved parties.

Skills and Experience Needed

• Leaving Certificate and a third-level qualification.
• Strong focus on accuracy and detail.
• Well-developed organisation and administrative ability.
• Confident interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Very good client service capability.

Additional Information

This position follows a hybrid schedule, with an in-office expectation of three or more days each week and the option to work remotely for the remaining days.
