About the Role
We are hiring an analytically strong Investor Relations Manager to join the Investment Department of a growing real estate investment business in Jeddah. In this role, you will report to the Fund Manager and help strengthen relationships with capital partners, custodians, and fund participants while supporting efficient day-to-day fund operations across the real estate portfolio.
This position is well suited to a finance professional who brings a strong compliance mindset, excellent communication with stakeholders, and a good grasp of the Saudi Capital Market.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain regular communication with capital partners and keep a close watch on their contractual duties and financial commitments.
- Draft accurate monthly and quarterly fund reports and ensure they are delivered to custodians and regulatory authorities within the required deadlines.
- Track Board of Directors decisions and convert them into practical actions across the relevant internal teams.
- Assist in preparing board-level materials such as investor decks, corporate memoranda, performance updates, and financial analysis in coordination with the Fund Manager.
- Support the creation and documentation of new fund structures while following through on compliance requirements with the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
- Safeguard, organize, and maintain key fund records, including development agreements, custody agreements, meeting minutes, and binding contracts.
- Work closely with the Financial Analyst and other internal stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and smooth exchange of financial and operational information.
- Keep track of CMA regulatory changes related to real estate funds and brief the Fund Manager on any implications.
- Help screen and shortlist potential fund opportunities, including review support for Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQ) and Expressions of Interest (EOI).
Technical Requirements
- Strong understanding of real estate fund structures and the rules and regulations issued by the Capital Market Authority (CMA).
- Excellent professional writing and reporting skills in both English and Arabic.
- Solid understanding of financial modeling, cash flow concepts, and investment measures such as IRR and ROI.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, data presentation, and executive-level materials.
- Ability to review, summarize, and interpret legal contracts and agreements while carefully tracking obligations.
- Familiarity with the Saudi capital markets environment and its key stakeholders, including investment companies, custodians, and real estate developers.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a closely related quantitative field is required.
- Between 3 and 5 years of relevant experience in real estate funds, capital markets, asset management, or real estate development.
- Prior exposure to CMA-regulated entities is strongly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CME (for example, CME-1), CFA, or a similar finance credential will be considered an advantage.
