  • Prepare investment reports, financial forecasts, business cases, dashboards, presentations, and management summaries that clearly present findings and recommendations.
  • Perform competitor benchmarking, risk assessment, sensitivity testing, scenario modelling, and portfolio performance analysis to support strategy and investment choices.
  • Work with finance, strategy, business, and senior leadership teams to provide insights, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to long-term financial planning.
  • Track regulatory updates, market shifts, and emerging industry trends so that advice remains current, accurate, and useful.
  • Improve analytical models, reporting workflows, and financial methods to increase efficiency and strengthen decision-making.

Skills and qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a solid grasp of corporate finance, investment analysis, financial statement review, valuation methods, financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and capital markets. They should be able to interpret complex financial information and translate it into data-backed recommendations.

Proficiency is needed in spreadsheets, financial modelling tools, financial reporting systems, presentation software, business intelligence platforms, and financial databases. Experience with data visualisation tools and statistical analysis is a plus.

Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving ability is essential, along with the capability to evaluate performance, identify trends, assess opportunities, and complete risk analysis.
