About the Role and Organization

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough investigations into improper practices related to legislation governed by Consumer Protection.
  • Analyze complaints and collect evidence through means such as obtaining witness statements, executing search warrants, and conducting interviews.
  • Identify and assess potential offenses under relevant laws.
  • Draft formal correspondence including letters, briefing notes, and comprehensive briefs of evidence to support investigative findings.
