About the Role and Organization

Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough investigations into improper practices related to legislation governed by Consumer Protection.
- Analyze complaints and collect evidence through means such as obtaining witness statements, executing search warrants, and conducting interviews.
- Identify and assess potential offenses under relevant laws.
- Draft formal correspondence including letters, briefing notes, and comprehensive briefs of evidence to support investigative findings.
