Role overview
Eleven Recruiting is looking for an internal recruiter who can help strengthen the company’s own talent pipeline. In this role, you will manage recruiting for two key positions: Technical Recruiters and Account Managers. The work requires a proactive, market-driven approach rather than a passive posting strategy.
What you will do
- Identify, engage, and build talent pipelines for Technical Recruiters and Account Managers through both active and passive sourcing methods.
- Handle the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates through to offer stage.
- Create and maintain an active candidate bench rather than a static list of names.
- Work closely with leadership to define role requirements, evaluate fit, and shape offer decisions.
- Present the company professionally at every step of the candidate journey.
What they are looking for
- At least 2 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing agency or recruiting firm.
- Experience hiring for recruiting positions or other quota-driven, client-facing roles.
- Strong sourcing ability using tools and methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and similar channels.
- Good judgment for assessing soft skills such as coachability, motivation, and communication.
- Prior exposure to Bullhorn or another applicant tracking system is preferred.
- A high-ownership mindset, curiosity about people, and a calm, professional approach.

Compensation
The pay rate for this contract role is $35 to $50 per hour.
