About the Role
Join Kroll's M&A Advisory team which specializes in assisting middle-market firms with an emphasis on industry knowledge and exceptional deal execution. At Kroll, your contribution will provide transparency and insight into some of our clients' most complex governance, risk, and transparency issues. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive research on capital markets, industries, and competitor landscapes.
- Analyze target companies focusing on market position, strategic alignment, and business model evaluation.
- Create and refine customized analytic tools to enhance valuation modeling techniques.
- Perform valuations of diverse entities using methodologies such as discounted earnings, discounted cash flow, and market multiples.
- Evaluate capital markets and determine cost of capital using the Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM).
- Summarize findings clearly and concisely for presentation to project teams.
- Support the creation of presentations and publications directed at clients.
Candidate Profile
- Currently enrolled in a business administration or economics program.
- Demonstrates strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities coupled with teamwork skills and personal dedication.
- Proficient in English, both oral and written, and adept with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
