Job description
Role Overview
We are seeking a creative Instructional Designer for a 12-month contract to develop engaging and effective learning experiences. This position is fully onsite in Dublin and involves collaborating with subject matter experts to craft classroom, online, and blended training programs. The aim is to transform complex information into easy-to-understand content that empowers learners globally within a retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop impactful learning solutions in partnership with various experts.
- Create compelling training materials, including job aids and e-learning content.
- Ensure learners are equipped with effective tools and resources to support their success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in instructional design, technical writing, or developing learning content.
- Strong writing and communication abilities coupled with effective collaboration with stakeholders.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design frameworks.
- Proficiency with e-learning development tools, learning management systems, and Microsoft Office; familiarity with HTML, Photoshop, and Captivate is advantageous.
Additional Information
- Salary up to €105,000 per annum on a pro rata basis.
- This is a 12-month contract position with a strong possibility of extension.
