  • Create and put into practice IT strategies, communicate objectives across the organization, and review hardware and software performance to support informed business decisions.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of the organization’s IT architecture and overall system goals so IT functions remain controlled, monitored, and efficient.
  • Handle discussions and coordination around installations, service contracts, and maintenance arrangements, while managing upgrades and licence renewals on time.
  • Develop productive working relationships with important internal and external stakeholders.

  • Proven leadership capability, with a practical, example-setting management style.
  • Strong commitment to service excellence and an interest in the hospitality sector.
  • Ability to think creatively and provide useful recommendations and solutions.
  • High personal integrity and the ability to work effectively in a demanding, high-expectation environment.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to be part of a hospitality brand that values memorable guest experiences and daily service excellence.
  • Support for professional growth, learning, and career development.
  • An inclusive, collaborative, and enjoyable workplace culture with diversity and belonging initiatives.
  • The chance to contribute ideas and make a meaningful impact within hospitality and the wider community.
  • Global team-member travel benefits, including up to 53% off stays at over 1,500 hotels worldwide.
  • At least 30% off for friends and family.
  • Exclusive savings on breakfast, food and beverage, spa services, and more.
