Responsibilities

• Orchestrate exceptional guest experiences and ensure the smooth operation of the hotel.
• Balance the execution of the strategic master plan with a keen focus on guest satisfaction, revenue growth, and stakeholder value.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and enhance brand reputation.
• Ensure strict adherence to all legal requirements and due diligence standards, while effectively managing the hotel's budget.
• Proactively work towards achieving high levels of guest satisfaction and operational efficiency, reporting to the Regional Director.
• Foster a culture of service excellence and accountability, where 'Yes I Can!' is the guiding principle.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in hotel leadership roles, including at least 5 years as a General Manager in upscale, luxury, or internationally branded hotels.
• Demonstrated success in managing all facets of hotel operations, encompassing Rooms Division, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources.
• A strong commercial acumen with a proven ability to boost RevPAR, ADR, occupancy rates, market share, and profitability.
• Extensive experience in managing diverse revenue streams, with a particular emphasis on Food & Beverage, events, weddings, and leisure operations.
• Proven experience working effectively with hotel owners, asset managers, and corporate stakeholders, providing strategic direction and achieving business objectives.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with a talent for building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Robust financial management capabilities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and capital expenditure planning.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Adaptability to multicultural environments and the capacity to lead a diverse workforce effectively.
• Proficiency in French is mandatory, and willingness to relocate to Morocco is required.
• Familiarity with the Moroccan hospitality market and regional business dynamics is advantageous.
