Role overview
For the Munich site, this full-time Industrial Engineer position focuses on improving production and manufacturing performance. The role combines process analysis, layout planning, technology introduction, and support for digitalization efforts in the shop floor environment.
What you will do
- Review current production and manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to make them more efficient.
- Design improved layouts, workflows, and material movement concepts for the plant.
- Support the rollout of new manufacturing technologies.
- Work closely with teams from production, quality, and engineering to implement improvements.
- Carry out time studies, capacity assessments, and process evaluations.
- Contribute to digital transformation and automation initiatives in production.
- Help drive continuous improvement activities across the operation.

Working conditions
