About the Role
This position is for a thorough and analytical Business Analyst who can review existing business operations, spot areas for improvement, and help leaders make informed, data-backed decisions. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to understand needs, define requirements, and turn findings into practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
- Study business needs and convert them into precise, actionable requirements.
- Perform research, map current processes, and document workflows clearly.
- Spot gaps in systems or operations and suggest effective improvement ideas.
- Partner with teams across functions to help carry projects through implementation.
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for leadership review.
- Assess project results and check that outcomes stay aligned with business objectives.
- Use different tools to support analysis and guide decision-making.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, IT, or a related discipline, and bring 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or comparable role. The role calls for strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and hands-on experience in gathering and documenting requirements. Familiarity with analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau is expected, along with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
