Role overview

As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will help improve production planning and manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on efficiency, transparency, and continuous optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and refine work schedules, bills of materials, routings, and capacity plans.
• Define production processes, standard times, takt times, and carry out time studies.
• Spot bottlenecks, develop corrective actions, and support industrialization activities.
• Implement change requests and keep related updates clearly documented.
• Share findings with stakeholders and monitor key performance indicators such as OEE and lead time.

Requirements

• Completed degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Prior experience in work planning or a related production planning function.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
