Role overview
As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will help improve production planning and manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on efficiency, transparency, and continuous optimization.
Key responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and refine work schedules, bills of materials, routings, and capacity plans.
- Define production processes, standard times, takt times, and carry out time studies.
- Spot bottlenecks, develop corrective actions, and support industrialization activities.
- Implement change requests and keep related updates clearly documented.
- Share findings with stakeholders and monitor key performance indicators such as OEE and lead time.
Requirements
- Completed degree in engineering or a comparable qualification.
- Prior experience in work planning or a related production planning function.
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
