Role Overview
This is a remote HR and administration specialist opportunity supporting expert network work. The position is structured as part-time engagement with a weekly commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours.
Responsibilities
- Assist with hiring activities and the onboarding of new team members.
- Coordinate payroll-related tasks and support benefits administration processes.
- Draft, update, and assess HR policies to maintain compliance and operational alignment.
- Create clear documentation and share guidance on established HR practices.
- Work asynchronously with internal stakeholders on workforce planning and administrative projects.
- Use HR knowledge to contribute to AI-focused research and enterprise assignments.
Requirements
- Background in HR operations, recruitment, or administrative management.
- Working knowledge of payroll tools, employee benefits administration, and compliance requirements.
- Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
