Role Overview

This is a People & Culture partnering opportunity based in Sydney CBD, with a hybrid work setup and an immediate start preferred. The assignment runs through to February 2027 and may extend beyond that depending on business needs.

• Act as a trusted HR partner to leaders and the broader organisation
• Support employee relations matters with sound judgement and confidence
• Coach leaders through organisational change and capability development
• Influence, challenge, and advise stakeholders where needed
• Work independently and manage both strategic and operational priorities

Additional Information

The role is based in Sydney CBD and is offered on a hybrid working arrangement. The preferred start is immediate. The contract is expected to continue until February 2027, with the possibility of longer-term opportunities.
