Job description
Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position is based in Business Bay, Dubai, UAE. The role focuses on day-to-day HR operations with strong involvement in payroll, employee administration, compliance tracking, and documentation management.
Experience Required
The ideal candidate brings 4 to 6 years of professional experience across HR operations, payroll processing, and employee administration. Practical exposure to payroll handling, employee recordkeeping, onboarding and exit processes, and HR compliance is essential.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle employment-related paperwork, work authorization tasks, employee file updates, and document renewals.
- Keep employee records complete, accurate, and aligned with labour laws as well as internal policies.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, benefits coordination, and payroll administration.
- Track important compliance deadlines and preserve related records in an organized manner.
- Support the coordination of employee mobility and other administrative HR processes.
Additional Experience and Knowledge
- Experience managing employee benefits and insurance administration is required.
- Good understanding of labour regulations, payroll compliance, and standard HR practices is expected.
- Ability to prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management dashboards is important.
- Prior experience in the GCC region will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS tools such as Zoho People, Bayzat, BambooHR, Oracle, SAP SuccessFactors, or comparable platforms is preferred.
