We are looking for a skilled HR Operations Specialist to significantly contribute to our HR team.
Position Summary
This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of all Human Resources operations and processes across the entire employee lifecycle, from initial onboarding through to separation. The specialist will maintain strict compliance with all relevant labor laws, company policies, and procedures, while fostering a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update all employee files, both digital and physical, ensuring completeness and accuracy. Uphold the confidentiality of all employee information and conduct regular audits for compliance.
- Attendance, Leave, and Time Management: Oversee employee attendance, resolve discrepancies, and process leave requests according to company guidelines. Generate attendance reports and collaborate with managers on disciplinary actions related to attendance.
- HR Systems and Government Platforms: Manage employee data within HR systems, support government platform integrations, and ensure adherence to labor regulations. Assist with workforce compliance and localization initiatives.
- Employee Services: Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Issue necessary employment documentation and support the onboarding and orientation of new hires to enhance their experience.
- Reporting and Compliance: Generate regular HR operational reports, track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and support both internal and external audits of HR processes.
Qualifications
Required
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressive experience in HR Operations, Personnel Administration, or a similar HR function.
- Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and Social Insurance regulations.
- Exceptional communication and organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency in English.
Preferred
- Previous experience in special education centers, autism programs, or inclusive education settings is advantageous.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
