We are seeking someone with at least 10 years of HR generalist experience and a strong interest in the role HR plays in business success. Experience with SHRM or PHR certification, either in the US or globally, is considered an advantage.
You should have solid experience using modern ATS and HRIS tools and a mindset for streamlining work through technology. Familiarity with Greenhouse and/or ADP Workforce Now is a plus.
The right candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and keep track of moving pieces without letting anything slip.
You should also be collaborative and service-minded, able to build trusted relationships, respond thoughtfully to individual needs, and approach others with empathy and professionalism.
A growth-oriented attitude is important, along with openness to feedback and a drive to continuously improve your performance and support the organization’s mission.
We are looking for someone who is adaptable, creative, and calm under pressure, capable of balancing standardized global processes with the unique needs of a diverse team.
