Role overview
This role focuses on supporting the rollout and ongoing enhancement of the HRMS platform across Apparel Group. The person in this position will help tailor the system through configuration and customization so it aligns with business needs.
What you'll do
- Support the development and improvement of the HRMS solution.
- Check HRMS records carefully to maintain complete accuracy.
- Work in line with all project procedures, including system administration tasks.
- Safeguard data quality for employee and organizational records through regular audits and reviews.
- Coordinate with other HRMS stakeholders such as Payroll, Accounting, and Projects teams.
- Manually update employee details and documents in the HRMS, rather than relying on vendor-side Excel uploads.
- Share HRMS access credentials or user details with employees.
- Keep employee workflow mappings correctly updated in the system.
- Prepare reports as needed.
- Respond to employee questions and issues related to HRMS.
