Role Overview

This internship is designed to support human resources operations in Dubai, with exposure to recruitment, employee record management, engagement initiatives, and general administrative coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the team in hiring-related activities and coordination.
• Keep employee information accurate and up to date.
• Contribute to employee engagement efforts and related initiatives.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Current enrollment in a college or university program.
• A university degree or comparable practical experience is expected.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Clear verbal and written communication with strong command of English.
• Ability to work on your own as well as with cross-functional, multi-location teams.
