  • Partner with HR and business leaders on culture-building efforts, employee engagement activities, and integration work tied to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Support performance management by reviewing evaluations, monitoring completion, and advising leaders so standards remain consistent and aligned with company expectations.
  • Assist with workers’ compensation administration, conduct exit interviews, review HR metrics, and support audits, compliance tasks, and continuous improvement efforts that improve retention and employee experience.

What We Offer

  • Competitive annual compensation of $90,000.00
  • Full benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) with employer match

  • Experience supporting a workforce across multiple states, with knowledge of federal and state employment laws and experience in both remote and on-site environments such as warehouse, pharmacy, or operations settings
  • Strong abilities in employee relations, organization, communication, analysis, and influence, along with a high level of professionalism
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as UKG, Workday, or similar tools, plus Microsoft Office Suite
  • Preferred familiarity with workers’ compensation procedures
  • Preferred professional certification such as PHR or SHRM-CP
