Overview

The HR & Operations Executive position offers a valuable chance to work in a dynamic and cooperative setting. This full-time role entails independently managing and supporting various facets of human resources, administration, operations, and procurement to ensure seamless daily business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all phases of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and managing employee relations.
  • Implement and uphold HR policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate employee records within the HR Information System.
  • Organize HR initiatives such as training sessions, employee engagement activities, and team-building events.
  • Deliver broad administrative assistance, including office management, coordinating facilities, arranging travel, and managing inventory.
  • Assist procurement by sourcing vendors, requesting and comparing quotes, processing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers, and ensuring prompt receipt of goods and services.
  • Oversee monitoring of office supplies, equipment, and service agreements to promote cost effectiveness and operational efficiency.
  • Exercise independent management of assigned duties while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
  • Support creation and maintenance of a positive, productive, and engaged workplace culture.
  • Partake in additional duties and special projects as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

  • Between 1 and 3 years of experience in a generalist HR or administrative capacity, preferably in consulting, professional services, or membership organizations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills enabling effective teamwork across departments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and aptitude for multitasking and prioritization.
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office products.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and dedication toward organizational growth and development.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in Singapore without needing additional work permit sponsorship.
