Job description

Role overview

We are looking for an HR Officer to support day-to-day people operations and help keep HR processes running smoothly in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This position is focused on recruitment support, employee administration, compliance, and overall HR coordination.

Key responsibilities

  • Help manage recruitment workflows by finding candidates, reviewing applications, arranging interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.
  • Assist with onboarding so new hires have a smooth and positive transition into the company.
  • Keep employee files, contracts, personnel records, and other HR documentation accurate and up to date.
  • Support attendance monitoring, leave administration, and payroll-related tasks.
  • Draft employment letters, certificates, and other HR documents when needed.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently across the organization.
  • Respond to employee HR queries and provide guidance on workplace matters.
  • Support performance management activities, employee reviews, and development initiatives.
  • Contribute to a healthy workplace culture by encouraging communication and engagement.
  • Help ensure compliance with labour laws, internal policies, and accepted HR practices.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a similar field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, HR administration, or employee relations.
  • Good understanding of HR processes, employment rules, and workplace policies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, along with good interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information carefully and professionally.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capability.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
