About the Role

This opportunity is with a global mobility and transport company that works across high-speed rail, metro, monorail, tram, signalling, infrastructure, turnkey systems, services, and digital mobility. You will join a collaborative HR environment where your work will support recruitment, onboarding, employee records, reporting, and core HR administration. The role is designed for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a more efficient and inclusive workplace.

What You Will Do

  • Help coordinate recruitment activity and interview scheduling.
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and make sure HR documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Maintain employee files and prepare reports as needed.
  • Support the HR team with day-to-day administrative work.
  • Work with colleagues across talent acquisition, employee relations, and operations to keep HR processes running smoothly.
  • Contribute to improving HR workflows and internal processes.
